What We Build

Four ways we transform the way you live at home.

Every project is design-build: one team, one contract, one number — from the first sketch to the final coat of paint.

Remodeled kitchen with custom cabinetry and marble island 01 · Kitchens

Kitchens

Custom cabinetry, honed stone, and lighting that earns its keep. We rebuild the hardest-working room in the house around the way your family actually cooks, gathers, and lingers.

Start a kitchen
Spa-style bathroom with freestanding soaking tub 02 · Bathrooms

Bathrooms

Heated floors, curbless showers, and tile set by people who care about the eighth of an inch. Five-star-hotel calm, six feet from your bed.

Start a bathroom
Finished basement lounge with warm lighting and built-ins 03 · Basements

Basements

Colorado basements deserve better than storage. Media rooms, guest suites, gyms, and offices — engineered dry, warm, bright, and permitted properly.

Finish a basement
Open-plan whole-home renovation with staircase and natural light 04 · Additions & Whole-Home

Additions & Whole-Home

When you love the street but not the square footage. Seamless additions and full renovations that look like the house was always meant to be this way.

Plan an addition

Eighteen years in Boulder taught us that a remodel succeeds long before demolition day. So we design first, put the price in writing, and build with one crew from the first cut to the final walkthrough.

How It Works

A remodel without the guesswork.

Five steps. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and who's in your house.

Step OneConsultation

We walk your home together — free. You tell us how you want to live; we tell you honestly what's possible, what it roughly costs, and what we'd do if it were our house.

Step TwoDesign

Our in-house designer turns the conversation into drawings, 3D renderings, and a material palette you can hold in your hands. We revise until it feels inevitable.

Step ThreeFixed-Price Proposal

One number, in writing, with every material specified and a week-by-week schedule attached. It only changes if you change the scope — never because we guessed wrong.

Step FourBuild

A dedicated project manager, our own carpenters, and trade partners we've worked with for a decade. Dust barriers up, floors protected, site swept every evening, updates every Friday.

Step FiveReveal

A final walkthrough with a punch list we finish before we call it done — then we hand the house back, backed by a three-year workmanship warranty.

Client Stories

Neighbors first, clients second.

Most of our work comes from referrals — the people below are why.

The number they gave us in March was the number we paid in June. After two previous contractors, I didn't think that happened in remodeling.

We lived at home through the whole build with two kids and a dog. The crew sealed everything off, swept every night, and texted before they arrived. Remarkable.
Priya Raman Harper Lake, Louisville · Primary bath

Our basement went from a place we avoided to the room where everyone ends up. A year later, a trim joint opened up — they came back and fixed it in a day, no charge.

Questions

Asked at nearly every kitchen table.

If yours isn't here, call us at (720) 555-0148 — a person answers, not a phone tree.

Most kitchens run six to nine weeks, bathrooms four to six, and additions three to five months. Your fixed-price proposal includes a week-by-week schedule before we start — and our project managers are measured on hitting it.

Yes. Because we design first and specify every material down to the cabinet pulls, we can commit to one number in writing. The price changes only if you change the scope — a change order you approve before any work happens. No allowance games, no surprise invoices.

Most of our clients do. We seal the work zone with dust barriers, protect floors and air returns, keep a working path to bedrooms and a bathroom, and set up a temporary kitchen for full kitchen guts. The site is swept and secured every evening.

All of it. Drawings, structural engineering, submittals, city and county permits, and every inspection through final sign-off. We've pulled permits in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Longmont, and Erie for eighteen years — we know each office by name.

A three-year workmanship warranty on every project — roughly triple the industry standard — on top of the manufacturer warranties on fixtures, appliances, and materials. If something we built isn't right, we come back and make it right.
